Last night, AD called on the courts to issue an inhibition mandate against the Broadcasting Authority. Dr Vassallo said that the BA is going to change the schedule of political broadcasts in such a way that AD will not have the opportunity to voice its concerns in the last week before the elections. Dr Vassallo said that the BA is removing AD’s press conference sheduled for Tuesday 4 March. AD condemned the BA’s decision, especially because the schedule had been drawn up after consultations with all the political parties.

AD said the case will be heard by Magistrate Dr Giannino Caruana Demajo on Tuesday.
