Agrenco, whose financial and treasury arm – Finacom – operates from Malta at The Park Lane Buildings, Guardamangia, has hired Ágora Corretora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários SA as a market maker for the share deposit certificates of Agrenco Ltda (BDR), listed on the São Paulo Stock Exchange (Bovespa).

Headquartered in Rio de Janeiro, the market maker has the role of fostering the liquidity of the company’s BDR, and already began its activities earlier this month. The contract is for a year.

On 1 February, the company’s share capital was composed of 154,056,486 common shares, of which 64,056,486 BDRs are traded on Bovespa.
