Dhalia Real Estate promoted the residential projects of Fort Cambridge in Sliema and Balkan Jewel in Bulgaria at the Domo Expo International property fair held in Gostiniy Dvor, Moscow recently. The property fair was held between 21 and 24 February under the auspices of the Russian government.
The Domo Expo International property fair, which was a great success, saw the participation of 190 exhibitors from 35 countries and had over 7,000 local and foreign visitors.
Sliema Branch Manager Neville Sciberras led Dhalia’s team together with Alex Ellul and Julia Belozerova. Chris Gauci from GAP Holdings, developers of Fort Cambridge, also accompanied them.
Mr Sciberras said the response from this marketing drive for Balkan Jewel and Fort Cambridge was extremely positive. “Our aim was to promote Malta and Balkan Jewel as destinations where individuals can invest in a holiday home or a permanent residence,” said Mr Sciberras. Clients were also briefed about the procedures involved when purchasing a property in Malta, as well as the advantages of investing in Malta. “Through our presence at this exhibition we have managed to make a number of good contacts which we will be following up in the coming weeks.”
Dhalia also promoted heavily Fort Cambridge – a contemporary-style apartment complex on Sliema’s Tigne peninsula. Fort Cambridge is designed to offer the conveniences of modern life, maximising the use of space without giving up the luxury of roomy comfort.
