Vodafone Malta has launched a competition in collaboration with recognised local supporters’ clubs of foreign European football teams. The winners of this competition will attend a UEFA Champions League semi-final match. The prize includes flights, accommodation and stadium tickets but excludes taxes.

Vodafone, together with the official supporters’ clubs of foreign European football teams in Malta, are organising a five-a-side football tournament. This will take place on 31 March at the Pieta Football Club. The winning team, consisting of seven players and a delegate from the winning club, will attend one of the UEFA Champions League semi-final matches.

The supporters’ club is handling registration for the Vodafone Football Tournament. Participation in the tournament is open to players who are members of recognised supporters’ clubs and are aged 16 and over. Players who have played in the season 2007/08 in either the Premier or 1st Division are not eligible. Closing date for registration is 17 March. Other terms and conditions apply.
