Baron Holiday Homes have this week launched, what are arguably, the most luxurious properties put on the self catering holiday accommodation market on the island of Gozo – The Hamlet. With indoor and outdoor pools, marble flooring, sauna, mini gym, under-floor heating, open fireplaces and airconditioning throughout, these properties are set to hit the Gozitan holiday market by storm. The properties are in their final stages of completion.

Situated in Ghammar, a hamlet in the rural western part of Gozo, just past Ta’ Pinu, the properties offer total privacy in a luxurious living environment. The development consists of four self-catering farmhouses, three having four bedrooms, and the other one three bedrooms. Nothing has been spared to ensure that all properties have impeccable finishing and décor, more typical of up-market properties rather than self catering properties. All materials used including, marble floors and stone features, were locally sourced and the rooms are adorned with works of art by local artists. The internal décor is in natural earth colours to complement the general simple and functional style of the old Gozitan farmhouse. The houses enjoy the services of a communal mini-gym and sauna, whilst beautifully landscaped Mediterranean gardens blend with the rural setting allowing for total privacy and peacefulness.

The properties also have under-floor heating, air-conditioning throughout and open fireplaces. All the farmhouses include outdoor pools, while two also boast of heated indoor pools with jacuzzis. Other features include wifi systems, digital flatscreen TVs and internet, and fully-equipped kitchens. All bedrooms have en-suite facilities. A maid service is provided whilst a private chef and a masseur are available on request. Playstations are also available for the children.
