Joinwell will open its new state of the art showroom at the end of June. Located in Qormi, the 3000m2 showroom will establish Joinwell at the forefront of home furnishing in Malta.
As it was vacating its Sliema premises, Joinwell has created a showroom that not only houses more brands and designer names than ever before, it also provides its customers with a unique shopping experience.
The new showroom has three floors, each housing a different style of product, which makes it easy for customers to quickly locate the type of furniture they require. The large ground floor has an extensive range of modern furniture, the first floor is dedicated to classic furniture including classic kitchens, and the second floor is a specialised kitchen centre. In addition to a diverse range of kitchens, the second floor will also showcase the very latest in appliances, worktops, chairs, dining tables and finishes, making it a unique one-stop kitchen shop.
This convenient approach doesn’t stop at kitchens: with the new showroom featuring everything from lights to mattresses, rugs to porcelain, wardrobes to coffee cups, customers can now furnish their homes from top to bottom. And, in line with customers becoming increasingly brand conscious, Joinwell has broadened its range of designer labels which will include a number of Europe’s finest luxury brands, including Molteni&C, DADA, PoggenPohl, Hulsta, Rolf Benz, Selva, Bontempi Casa & Bontempi Cucine, Kymo rugs, Planika Fires and also something new for Joinwell – bathroom furniture. In addition to specialising in these luxury brand names, Joinwell is also proud to launch an extensive range of home accessories, furniture, lighting and rugs from Esprit, ideal for anyone setting up home for the first time.
The purpose built showroom is a striking, modern design of glass and steel that perfectly reflects Joinwell’s new cutting edge approach to retail. With the building designed by architect Ray Demicoli, the showroom has a modern industrial interior created by architect Chris Briffa, providing the optimum environment for showcasing Joinwell’s products. Chris Briffa has incorporated an internal garden in the showroom, creating an abundance of warm, natural light and also providing customers with an oasis of tranquillity. Other features include a bar situated in the middle of the showroom, designed to resemble a kitchen where customers can sit around the ‘kitchen island’, relaxing over a coffee. This unique approach to shopping aims to provide customers with the ultimate in enjoyable shopping experiences.
With the focus on customer convenience and satisfaction, the new showroom has its own car park with ample parking, and staff members have all successfully completed training courses overseas, ensuring that all staff is knowledgeable about Joinwell’s design brands. Other welcome services include a website that will be up and running in mid-June: www.joinwell. com.mt http:// www.joinwell.com. mt, allowing customers to shop from the comfort of their homes. A gift service is included in the website so that customers can shop for gifts which Joinwell will then deliver to the recipient.
With the aim of perfecting its grand opening, Joinwell is planning a soft opening of the showroom.
