Coca-Cola Consumers win exclusive trips to watch Euro 2008 Final in Vienna

Eleven lucky Coca-Cola consumers were recently given the opportunity of a lifetime – that of experiencing the Euro 2008 Finals Live in Vienna!

This formed part of the Coca-Cola Goal Campaign through which five winners were sent on an all-inclusive trip to Vienna to watch the quarter final match between Italy and Spain on 22nd June 2008. The prize included flights, taxes, accommodation, transfers, sight-seeing tours and match tickets.

Moreover, one week later three Coca-Cola winners together with their partners were treated to exclusive Coca-Cola VIP packages to the final match held at Ernst Heppel Stadium in Vienna on 29th June 2008 between Germany and Spain. The package included return flights, accommodation, Vienna sight-seeing tours, Coca-Cola merchandise, VIP treatment and Exclusive Category 2 Match Tickets for the Euro 2008 final match. The five winners of the quarter final packages were Keith Cassar, 20 from Mosta; Mark Alamango, 40 from Zebbug; Ms. Rosalyn Muscat, 29 from Burmarrad and Etienne Bezzina, 30 from Mosta. Whilst the 3 winners of the Final VIP packages were Reuben Borg, 29, from Birkirkara; Silvio Sammut, 43, from Mosta and Anna Grech, 40, Qormi.

“Watching the Euro 2008 final between such football giants as Germany and Spain was an incredible and sensational experience!” said, Mr. Reuben Borg one of the winners of the Final prize. “This was a dream come true for me and I would like to thank The General Soft Drinks for this amazing experience which I will never forget!”

To participate in the “Coca-Cola Goal! Campaign 2008” consumers were required to drink 0.5 litre PET bottles of Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Sprite or Diet Sprite, gently peel the label and either SMS the unique code, which is found on the bottle, to SMS number: 5061-2000 or complete the required details on the back of the label using a ball point pen and send it by post.
