Credit Europe Bank NV Malta branch announced that a large inter-bank syndicated loan facility has recently been signed with a consortium of international banks. This facility will be used to finance CEB’s international trade related activities at the Malta branch. The facility consists of a dual tranche Term Loan Facility totalling $125,000,000 plus €100,000,000 and was signed on 6 June.

The club-style transaction to establish the facility was co-ordinated by Bayern LB and was very well received by the market.
