Norbert Lange has been appointed Sales Support Executive at P. Cutajar & Co. Ltd.

The newly created post came about following a recommendation by Filippo Tinnirello, Lavazza’s Area Manager for Southern Italy (Automatic Coffee Service Business) and Country Manager Malta, based in Catania.

Mr Tinnirello, who was in Malta recently, said he was impressed with how proactive P. Cutajar & Co. were in this timely appointment.

Mr Lange will be conducting quality audits at the various outlets where Lavazza coffee is served.

The scope behind this professional exercise is to guarantee that a coffee prepared the Lavazza way will give you the ultimate satisfaction, time after time.

Mr Lange’s audit visit will focus on making sure the basic elements to make the perfect coffee are present in all the Lavazza Serving Outlets.

This translates into the regular checking of the coffee machine, grinder, coffee and updating the operators with regular training and know-how.

These visits will ensure a consistently high level in all Lavazza coffees prepared.
