HSBC Group Chief Executive Michael Geoghegan was in Malta last week to update HSBC Malta staff on the bank’s performance both on a local and global level. He also updated them on the constant developments in the international financial system. Mr Geoghegan’s visit was part of his annual global roadshow, travelling to 29 countries where HSBC has performed best – exceeding the $150 million profit – in 22 days. This is the third time Mr Geoghegan included Malta in his global roadshow because of the excellent performance registered by HSBC Bank Malta.
