Charles Tabone has been appointed manager at the TemptAsian Restaurant, the chic restaurant with a fusion of Asian cuisine, situated on the 9th floor of the 5-star hotel, The Palace. Mr Tabone has 21 years’ experience having worked in similar posts in the hospitality industry throughout his career.
Claire Zammit Xuereb, general manager of The Palace, referred to the importance of this appointment, saying, “The instant success of this unique restaurant meant that its popularity has grown in leaps and bounds in this first year since it opened. This has necessitated strengthening the management team to ensure that quality product and services The Palace is proud of and constantly improving to offer its guests a truly inimitable experience. Mr Tabone’s appointment was made with this in mind and we are sure he will live up to our expectations”.
