David Gasan, managing director of Gasan Enterprises, obtained the second highest number of votes in an election among some 30 markets that form the Ford of Europe European Direct Markets, which set up an EDM Importers’ Committee (EIC) last month.

The EIC has Dimo Nikolov of Bulgaria as its first president and the other members, besides Mr Gasan, are Masahiro Tajima of the Ford importer in Slovenia; Ramy Fikry of Egypt; Stanko Radic of Serbia; and Robert Kulewicz of the Ukraine.
