MIM Hold programme for Eden Foundation

The Malta Institute of Management recently ran a programme for the Eden Foundation Group. The programme, partly sponsored by the Institute, was attended by 20 of the Eden Foundation’s first-line and middle managers. Following the course, certificates of attendance were distributed at the MIM premises in Pembroke. Speaking at this event. Dr.Vanessa Borg, Director of Studies, outlined that the success of such courses was due to their pragmatic hands approach ensuring that skills acquired during the programme are easily transferred to the workplace .“The objective is to improve productivity as well as pride in one’s work. Being able to develop interpersonal skills and meeting and exceeding expectations not only increases employees’ acumen, but also enhance organisations’ overall performance levels,” Dr Borg added.
