Malta Independent Monday, 15 December 2008, 00:00 Last update: about 14 years ago

Dhalia Real Estate Services recently hosted a two day intensive management workshop for all its managers and senior executives. The aim of this workshop was to review performances and establish new budgets, as well as consolidate the organisation’s strategic direction for 2009.

The workshop was designed to the specific needs of people working in this demanding and highly competitive industry. Given the continuous developments in the property market, as well as the current financial scenario, the workshop covered a number of topics aimed at retaining a focused strategy, enhancing the brand promise and identifying innovative strategies in-keeping with today’s volatile market conditions. Another important topic was the provision of superior service standards and professionalism, which remain at the forefront of the company’s endeavours.

Speaking about the organisation of this workshop Dhalia’s Chairman and CEO, Alan Camilleri said that “the current scenario is creating a number of challenges but given the right strategies these can be turned into opportunities.” Mr Camilleri stressed that Dhalia’s brand is today synonymous with trust and integrity and these values shall continue to lie at the heart of Dhalia’s customer centric strategy.

Indeed, the strategy will be consolidated over 2009 with the introduction of horizontal services to enhance the holistic customer experience. “In these challenging times we need to be innovative and create win-win situations for developers, customers selling their properties and buyers seeking to invest real estate” concluded Mr Camilleri.
