Justin Tonna (left) has been appointed the new editor-in-chief at Network Publications with immediate effect.

Having spent the last year as editor of the Economic Update, Mr Tonna has now assumed overall responsibility for Network’s editorial department.

Network Publications was established in the early 1980s and produces a variety of magazines. Its titles include leading publications such as the Sunday Circle and the Economic Update. The company also produces a variety of niche magazines such as Let’s Gozo, Pocket Malta, Spinnaker and the Malta eGaming Directory.

Mr Tonna joined Network Publications after a long career in the insurance sector and

several years writing as a freelancer for numerous overseas and local publications. With publication credits from the USA, UK and Italy, as well as a UK writing award, he now has several hundred published articles that cover a variety of topics, ranging from ghost stories to military history.
