With much of the exhibition space at the first edition of The Malta Property Expo already booked, various organisations are now supporting the event and actively promoting it with their members.
The Malta Federation of Estate Agents, The Malta Chamber of SMEs and The Chamber of Architects recently agreed to collaborate with Duplex Real Estate Branding, organisers of The Expo. Through these collaboration agreements, these organisations are offering the expertise of their council members who will take part in seminar panels, and actively promoting involvement among their members.
“The support of these organisations is very encouraging and will help raise the profile of the Expo,” said David Grech, events manager at Duplex Real Estate Branding, who went on to thank the individuals involved for their personal interest and support.
Apart from participating in the seminars, the FEA, GRTU and KTP will also have exhibition stands at the Expo where they will explain their services to the general public and provide additional support to their members.
The Malta Property Expo is being promoted on real estate media in the UK and through the AIPP – Association of International Property Professionals. A number of professional speakers are being invited to address various seminars during the Expo. These include financial services specialists who will deal with issues both for foreigners interested in buying property in Malta, as well as Maltese nationals looking at property overseas.
The first edition of The Malta Property Expo will be held between 27 February and 1 March at the MFCC in Ta’ Qali. This large-scale event, spread over more than 6500 sq m, is expected to boost property sales as developers, estate agents and other stakeholders present their products to a more discerning market in a professional atmosphere.
Apart from a large variety of real estate, innovative products, related displays and seminars, The Malta Property Expo will also hold property auctions, exhibitions and various other activities guaranteed to make this event a huge success.
