GlobalCapital Embarks on staff development programme

GlobalCapital has embarked on a structured staff training program which includes the adoption of ‘Open Learning’ approach and international certified programs linked to National Vocational Qualifications (NVQ’s).

In the interim, the Company is also moving towards international certified programmes linked to NVQ’s to secure an accurate measurement of the training investment in line with international standards. Open Learning is a non traditional way of delivering training typified by web based training which offers countless opportunities for career and personal development.. It also includes audio, videos and interactive workshops which provide unrestricted availability to all its participants.
