Team spirit building, communication skills and customer service awareness and skills were the main thrusts of a training course recently completed by the staff of Smart Technologies Ltd.

The course was conducted by Mdina Partnership managing director Steve Tarr. Having formed his own training and development company in 1980, today Mr Tarr has 10 highly experienced trainers and has successfully delivered bespoke training programmes and has developed people at all levels, across a wide range of industries in the UK, Malta and another 23 countries world-wide.
