Last Monday, Internet service provider Nextweb and the IT company Nextgen IT concluded an agreement with GO for the transfer of all its Internet-related services to GO. As a result of this agreement, Internet and hosting services for Nextweb and Nextgen IT customers are now being provided by GO, which has become the service provider of these customers.
Nextweb and Nextgen IT customers can continue accessing the Internet and use related services in exactly the same way they were doing; they do not have to change anything in terms of hardware or modems to continue benefiting from their Internet service. e-mail addresses, as provided by the same companies, will remain the same, and GO will continue providing them with the same addresses.
Nextweb, Nextgen IT and GO will be working together to ensure the smooth transition of customers’ subscription with no disruption in the service.
With this in mind, GO would like to inform Nextweb and Nextgen IT customers that until further notice they can keep using the current websites to renew their subscriptions online.
Moreover, all renewal reminders and invoices sent by Nextweb are to be paid to Nextweb Ltd as usual, and the company’s offices in Santa Venera will continue providing the usual services until further notice.
In the near future, GO will be issuing the renewal reminders and invoices for future subscriptions, and will be informing Nextweb customers on how and where they can make the payment.
