Coldwell Banker has just grown bigger with an additional office in St Julian’s, bringing the number of Coldwell Banker offices in Malta to five. Formerly SQL Real Estate Services, Coldwell Banker St. Julian’s offers both property letting and property sales advisory services.

SQL – Selective Quality Letting – was established in September 2001, by Joseph Sullivan, the present shareholder and managing director who is active in the day-to-day running of the office. Offering the real estate industry a service that is second to none, established SQL as one of the leading letting agencies in Malta. Rebranded as Coldwell Banker St Julian’s, the office is conveniently situated in one of Malta’s prime locations in George Borg Olivier Street, right on the St Julian’s promenade.

According to Mr Sullivan, the decision to partner with the Coldwell Banker was quite natural for SQL. When he was presented with the opportunity brand it didn’t take him long to decide. SQL always believed in offering clients a professional service both before and after the sale/or lease has been concluded.
