Marius Scerri of Coldwell Banker Attard was ranked the top sales associate in 2008 for the Malta Coldwell Banker® franchise system. As a sign of appreciation for his outstanding performance, Mr Scerri was awarded the International Globe Award. During the ceremony, Coldwell Banker’s Attard office was also awarded the International Master Franchise Office Award.

Each year Coldwell Banker holds an awards event to recognise those who have gone above and beyond in all areas of their business. The award for sales associates is given based on sales value, gross commissions income and other factors.
