Following requests from collectors of diecast models as well as philatelists, MaltaPost has issued “The Post Office Collection”, which consists of a set of three model vans bearing the livery of the General Post Office and Posta Malta.

This set, manufactured by Oxford Diecasts of the UK, includes models of vans used in Malta through the 1950s, 1960s and also well into the 1970s; it includes a Bedford CA, Morris 1000 and Morris Mini Minor in 1:43 scale. The edition is limited to 4,000 sets, complete with numbered certificate boxed and mounted on a wooden plinth

The selling price of “The Post Office Collection” is e48 (including VAT).
