Edward Hamilton (left) was recently appointed to head the letting department of the Frank Salt Real Estate Group. He is expected to play a significant role in maintaining the agency’s leading position in the rental market and ensuring that its quality service promise is upheld at all times.

Mr Hamilton has been working with Frank Salt Real Estate as a letting consultant with the Sliema branch for the past two years and has valuable experience in the property and hospitality market, having worked in the industry for the last six years. He also has a thorough insight of marketing and communications.

Mr Hamilton takes over the role of Letting Manager from Brian Decesare who has been heading this division at Frank Salt Real Estate for most of the last 40 years, and was a key element in establishing the letting department and helping it grow into the strong unit it is today. Mr Decesare will retain his other portfolio within the organisation, as Property Management Unit Manager, an area that has also been registering substantial growth over the last few years.
