Ta’ Monita Residence, a new lifestyle development in Marsascala that sets new standards, was launched on the local property market this week by the Tumas Group Property marketing office, tasked with handling the sales and marketing for the Tumas and Gasan Groups – the complex’s joint developers.
In the same way as Portomaso improved standards for the St Julian’s area and the Tas-Sellum Residence set new standards for the north, Ta’ Monita is expected to have a similar positive impact on Marsascala.
When asked about the timing of the market launch, Joe Gasan and George Fenech, the driving force behind the project, expressed the view that the present world economic climate should also be considered a time opportunity and challenge.
The groups’ expertise in such large-scale developments allows them to assess a project from all viewpoints, as well as evaluating its viability and commercial sense.
Maurice Tabone, Ta’ Monita’s sales and marketing director commented that a project of this calibre in the south is long overdue, expressing confidence that the project will prove to be a success and raise property development standards in the area.
The Ta’ Monita Residence covers an area of over 16,000 square metres and its redevelopment will result in apartments ranging from studio flats to three-bedroom apartments and penthouses.
Facilities include a swimming pool, a piazza and underground parking, with most flats having sea views.
Low building density, lavish and sensitive landscaping, and unusually attractive elevations are also expected to go a long way toward upgrading the locality in general.
In addition to meeting local demand, the company aims to attract foreign high net worth individuals, whose investment makes a significant contribution to local economic activity.
Ta’ Monita is a Special Designated Area, giving foreigners a high level of flexibility and favourable conditions when purchasing property in the complex.
