Lawrence Mintoff Passes away

The Labour Party’s councillors section yesterday paid tribute to Perit Lawrence Mintoff, who has passed away. Mr Mintoff, it said, was synonymous with the local government sector in Malta. He had been involved in various localities around the country and gave a useful and professional contribution to various projects, it said.
