Kellogg’s Generates breakfast awareness among school children

Malta Independent Monday, 1 March 2010, 00:00 Last update: about 13 years ago

Kellogg’s hostesses distributed Kellogg’s Coco Pops portion packs to around 600 school children that attended Friday’s rehearsal of Malta EuroSong Festival 2010 at the Malta Fairs and Convention Centre (MFCC). This formed part of Kellogg’s ongoing commitment to increase the consumption of breakfast cereals.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and a cereal breakfast gives a head start on daily vitamin and mineral needs. Many adults and children are skipping breakfast making them more likely to indulge on calorie dense products later in the day and more likely to be obese.

Kellogg’s is the world’s leading producer of cereal and a leading producer of convenience foods and offers a wide range of cereals to help kids and adults alike choose what is right for them.
