DAM – Documents Archive Management – has launched its corporate website www.archive.com.mt. Designed and developed by Strategic Communications, the website informs potential clients about the services provided by DAM, a recently formed company specialising in professional documents archiving services.

Visitors can get to know the DAM board of directors and the various services the company has available through an elegant and user-friendly interface. The website’s core feature is the possibility for clients to log in to an online system to submit requests for document archiving and retrieval and communicate online at their convenience with the DAM archive centres. Once documents are collected by DAM and archived, the client can recall the box or boxes containing the required documents at any time by inputting the dedicated bar code in the online system. The client will subsequently receive the documents at the office within the agreed time frame.

The strategic partnership between DAM and O’Neil software solutions, a US-based IT company that is a world leader in software applications for the records management industry, has made this

procedure possible.
