Following successful completion of all Centre Approval requirements with the City & Guilds Group, Misco is now a recognised as an approved City & Guilds Centre. As a City & Guilds Centre Misco will be extending their existing training portfolio to offer City & Guilds Awards in “Office Procedures” and “Customer Service”.

City & Guilds qualifications are recognised worldwide as proof that you have the right skills to do the job well. This is important for both employers and employees. Employers look for individuals with sufficient job-related training to ensure they are building successful teams. As an employee, holding a recognised qualification helps to get the job you want.

Speaking about MISCO’s City and Guilds programmes Wendy Raywood Assessment Manager said that “These qualifications will enable individuals to pursue their career goals. These new qualifications demonstrate our progression towards aligning our courses to the National Qualifications Framework so learners and employers are assured of the quality and level of what we are offering. City & Guilds programmes are of course internationally recognised so upon completing our qualifications, students can progress to further studies within Malta or seek employment opportunities across Europe. We have already launched our first group of participants who are completing the Award in Office Procedures and I am really excited to launch a second group for this award on the 28 October.”
