In a company announcement, GlobalCapital announced that as part of its group reorganisation and in its endeavour to strengthen, and dedicate enhanced resources to its insurance broking business, Ramon Mizzi has been appointed General Manager – Insurance Broking within GlobalCapital Insurance Brokers Ltd.

As is customary this appointment is subject to regulatory approval. As a result Mr Mizzi shall be vacating the position of President, Insurance Services with immediate effect. The company is not seeking to appoint a new President, Insurance Services.

Mr Mizzi who joined the company in 2009 is a chartered insurer and a legal procurator. He has more than twenty five years experience within the insurance sector. The company is confident that as General Manager of GlobalCapital Insurance Brokers Limited – Mr Mizzi will bring to the position the required skills and experience to grow and develop this line of business.
