Atlas JMFS Investment Services Limited (JMFS) has been appointed representative of Henderson Global Investors in Malta. As a result of this appointment the companies have launched nine Henderson sub-funds of the Henderson Horizon Fund.

Henderson Group is the holding company of the investment management group Henderson Global Investors (Henderson). Since December 2003 it has been dual listed on the London Stock Exchange and the Australian Securities Exchange, and is a constituent of the FTSE 250 and S&P/ASX 200 indices. With approximately 118,000 shareholders worldwide, the Group has been a tax-resident in the Republic of Ireland since October 2008.

Atlas JMFS Investment Services Limited was formed on 23 July, 2010 following the merger of Atlas Investment Services Limited (AISL) and Jesmond Mizzi Financial Services Limited (JMFS).

The sub-funds of the Henderson Horizon Funds which have been authorised to be marketed in Malta are eight equity funds and one bond fund. The equity funds vary from country specific, regional as well as sector funds including a China fund, an Asian fund, three European Equity funds, a Technology fund and a Properties Equity fund as well as an Industries of the Future fund. The bond fund is a Euro Corporate Bond fund investing mainly in investment grade bonds.
