Bank of Valletta won the ‘Learning and Development’ award in the Malta People Awards 2010 organised by the Foundation for Human Resources Development (FHRD).

The ‘Learning and Development’ award recognized the company with marked improvement in the learning and development of its employees. Bank of Valletta’s Training and Development strategy focused on learning and development best practices and the way the Bank’s staff training is evolving to address customers’ needs.

Speaking during the Awards Ceremony, Paul Gauci, Head Training and Development at Bank of Valletta said “This is the second consecutive year that Bank of Valletta is winning one of these awards. This award is another milestone for Bank of Valletta in reaffirming the Bank’s commitment to investing in human resources development and thus enhancing quality service to its customers”
