Top professionals from many of Malta’s leading companies are being invited to take part in a business leaders’ half-day conference being held at the Radisson Golden Sands on 25 February, touching on the topics of leadership, adaptability, consistency and communication, as well as positive and negative change experiences of some of Malta’s leading entrepreneurs.

This year’s theme, Change Your Frequency, will tackle the importance of adapting an organisation to shifts in the marketplace. It follows on from 2010’s Selection to Perfection Conference, which highlighted the need for good recruitment, focused training, objectives oriented human resources management and teambuilding within companies.

Speakers include Steve Tarr, managing director Mdina Partnership, Sue Cole, director Guthrie & Cole Ltd UK and Steve O’Halloran, BDM at Mdina Partnership UK which works with Exemplas.

Change Your Frequency is organised by Jugs@Malta, KONNEKT and Mdina Partnership in collaboration with Island Hotels and BRND WGN.
