Franks has temporarily moved its operations from its location at the entrance of The Plaza shopping centre on the Tower Road entrance to further inside on the same floor, until complete refurbishment which will take approximately three weeks. Franks perfumery is one of the few shops that have been present in the complex since its opening in 1992. Franks started its business in Cospicua in 1857 and moved to Valletta a few years before the war. The present owners represent the fourth generation in the business and with the opening of the Plaza shop they gave a completely new dimension to their retail operation all over Malta.

The new Franks will surprise customers. The sheer size of the shop is stunning and the new décor will adapt the Plaza shop to the new style. ‘This will be our flagship store, both in size and products on offer, and will be our second ‘concept store’ after that in Mosta’ says Lauro Abela, Franks CEO.

Besides, prestige fragrance and cosmetics, ‘Franks’ will also be offering a selection of accessories and costume jewellery, wines, spirits, chocolates, cigars and smoking accessories as well as top brands like Fortnum and Mason and Savina products.

The new Franks will be opening officially on 18 March.
