With less than a month to go, preparations are well under way for the opening of the third HSBC Advance Malta Property Expo on 17 March. The Malta Property Expo is the only event of its kind in Malta that brings everything related to property under one roof. Participants include real estate agents, property developers, interior decor companies, banks and other service providers related to the industry. Admission is open to the general public and anyone interested in property is encouraged to attend.
At this year’s expo, the organisers, Duplex Real Estate Branding, are launching a number of new ideas that are expected to continue building on the success achieved in the last two years. These include the integration of the Real Estate Forum within the Expo itself and a new floor layout for the stands in the MFCC at Ta’ Qali. Facilities will include a further enhanced networking lounge where visitors can rest and casually interact with all the major players in the industry.
“We wanted to continue expanding the Expo platform for the bene-fit of the trade as well as the general public,” explained Keith Pillow, the company’s CEO. He said the company started working on this year’s event right after the Expo closed last year. “We carried out extensive research, consulting exhibitors as well as visitors and much of what we are doing this year comes from what we learned from this exercise,” he continued.
Sara Grech Ltd, one of Malta’s quality ISO 9001-certified estate agencies, will again participate in the Expo with a very prominent presence. The company’s chairperson, Sara Grech, expressed her satisfaction with the level of organisation of previous years. “We put importance on the Property Expo because it enables us to meet with the market in a different way,” she explained. The company will be exhibiting some of its choice properties available for sale or letting together with special offers including their house-with-car deal organised in conjunction with BMW/ MINI.
