In a company announcement, PAVI Shopping Complex announced that with effect from 17 March Caroline Grech has resigned from the post of director of the company; and Paul Gauci has stepped down as chairman of the company and member of the audit committee although he continues to fulfill his role as a director of the company;

Alfred Lupi of has been appointed to the post of executive director to the board of directors of the company and has also been appointed as the new chairman of the company. Mr Lupi will also act as a member of the audit committee of the company.

Mr Lupi is currently a non-executive director on international companies. Previously he occupied senior financial positions and for a number of years served on the board of the Central Bank of Malta and as chairman of the Accountancy Board.
