MSV Life plc recently held an afternoon workshop for its insurance intermediaries at the Intercontinental Hotel, St Julian’s. The workshop was addressed by Mr. David G. Curmi, Chief Executive Officer at MSV Life who gave an update on the restructuring and developments that have taken place following the Company’s rebranding on 29 November 2010. A review of the financial results for 2010 was then presented by Mr. David Demarco, Chief Financial Officer, followed by a presentation by Mr. Jonathan Kemp, Chief Actuary at MSV Life who gave an explanation on the 2010 Bonus Declaration and an overview of the way the MSV With Profits Fund is managed.

The aim of this annual workshop is to provide a detailed overview of MSV Life’s performance during the previous year. It seeks to involve its intermediaries and invites them to collaborate in the discussion, suggest ideas and raise any concerns they may have.

MSV Life’s strong multi-channel distribution network plays a very important role in the product and business strategy of the Company. David G. Curmi, thanked all those who attended the workshop and augured a successful 2011 to all MSV Life’s business partners.
