Melita Mobile, the fastest growing mobile operator in Malta, has recently launched a new set of mobile internet bundles for its prepaid customers. Two mobile internet bundles are available, either daily or weekly.

Customers opting for a daily bundle will be charge 50c from their prepaid account, and will get 50MB of mobile internet to be used in Malta until midnight of the same day. More frequent users may opt for weekly bundles for as low as EUR2.50 for which they get 350MB of mobile internet to be used in Malta over a 7 day period.

“The launch of these bundles is a direct response to customer usage trends and to the increase smartphone penetration. Being a 3G operator, Melita Mobile can fully leverage its technical capability to offer superior mobile internet quality. We already have the cheapest mobile internet rate in Malta but we are now also offering peace of mind by bundling the service at a flat rate for as low as EUR 2.50 for a week of usage”, said Michael Darmanin, director of Marketing and Business Services at Melita.

To apply for these offers customers simply need to send an SMS to 16850 or 16855 from their prepaid Melita mobile number for a daily or weekly bundle respectively. The charge for the bundles will be automatically deducted from their prepaid account.
