Prime Meat Shops have just launched their Healthy Eating Campaign through a series of activities which will take place over the coming months. Director of Prime Ltd, nutritionist and culinary enthusiast James Muscat will be fronting the events which include in shop promotions, seminars and talks during television programmes.

Prime recently participated in the well-attended Summer Fiesta at the GS Superstore in Naxxar at the end of June as well as the Trade Fair in Naxxar on the maltasupermarket.com stand.

Currently, six recipes by James featuring John West Tuna are being distributed throughout the summer months at various outlets.

James Muscat also fronted a Healthy Eating promotion over two weekends at Lasco Supermarket in Zejtun.

Upcoming events which are very much expected are the Kids Week at GS Superstore to be held between the 29th August and the 3rd September and a Healthy Lifestyle seminar with guest speakers from the medical and spa therapy sectors to be held on the 30th September in Naxxar. The venue will be advised later.

A series of recipe cards by James focusing on easy-to-prepare; low-fat meals are currently being printed and will be distributed during the coming months.
