The Alberta Group recently held a team building session for 200 employees consisting of members of staff from all the companies within the group. The event, held at Corinthia San Gorg, was attended by the group’s directors, and management teams and employees from Alberta, International Safety Training Centre, Sicuro, PT Matic and Hub.

Directors George, Liz and Duncan Barbaro Sant launched the event by expressing their recognition for the important role each team member plays within the organization, for their efforts and support through good times and bad, especially during this exceptionally challenging year as a result of the Libya situation. Notwithstanding the hardships, the team’s resilience, commitment and hard work has enabled the Alberta group to move on and take on new ventures and projects, and for this they expressed gratitude to both members of staff and their families for their perseverance.

The event, hosted by Gianni, served as the ideal opportunity to remind staff of the organisation’s overall service offering and internally strengthen brand awareness, where representatives of the respective companies within the group held brief presentations of their portfolio of services and business operations.

The second half of the event consisted of interactive team building activities including a jamming session with the group Tribali, resulting in a great performance and an energized, motivated and enthusiastic Alberta team.
