Entertainments Ltd, franchise owners of Malta’s very first Canas Y Tapas Spanish bar and restaurant which officially opens on Tuesday 30 August, welcomed home some of its core staff who had recently returned to the island after undertaking a gruelling 10 week course during which they studied the company concept and image, along with training courses for service, food preparation, management skills and theory.

Established in the heart of the islands cultural, fashion and food quarter, but uniquely located with the stunning panorama of St. Georges Bay as its backdrop, Canas Y Tapas is part of a vast international chain of restaurants that have outlets in Spain, Portugal, France and the UK, opening every day from 8.30am for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
