All staff members at 3a Accountants can now confidently say they are now more effective to deliver customer service to clients after completing the City & Guilds Award in Customer Service with MISCO Consulting.

The Award in Customer Service is designed to provide participants with the skills required to deliver an efficient and reliable customer service. Participants gain an understanding of customer expectations and needs and are able to deal effectively with customer requests.

During this training, 3a staff worked on developing their skills to listen, help and meet the needs of their customers and enhance the customers’ experience of their services and products.

Neville Cutajar, 3a’s Managing Partner said: “At 3a we are in the process to establish a bespoke Quality Management System which has at its core customer centricity and focus and therefore it was essential to ensure that all staff are appropriately trained to deliver a personalised and excellent service to our clients.”

Joseph FX. Zahra, Director of MISCO said: “Customer service is not taught as part of a University degree but it is an essential complement to any professional qualification. 3a clearly understand the need to not only deliver a first-rate professional service to their clients, but upon completing our programme they now boast enhanced interpersonal skills ensuring both new and long-term clients receive the best possible service.”
