Mike Aldridge, a seasoned UK practitioner with over 30 years experience in corporate strategy, will be addressing a business breakfast at the Palazzo Capua with the theme ‘Managing Risk… Are you at the Helm?’

The activity is open to CEOs and financial controllers of small and medium sized companies.

He will explain how a well structured risk and opportunity control system, operated by the board and senior management of an enterprise, can bring new confidence, by proactively managing business uncertainties and strategies.
