This summer proved to be a very special one for Daniel Cauchi, who won a Ford Focus Coupé Cabriolet, the first prize during the final event of the HSBC Advance ‘Spend and Win’ Competition held at the Radisson Blu Resort in St Julian’s.

During the event, 10 HSBC Advance customers competed in a general knowledge quiz to win fantastic prizes. Participants were randomly selected from the large number of customers who completed purchases using the HSBC Advance VISA card.

The first and second runners-up, Stephen Calleja and Franco Galea, won €2,000 and €1,000 travel vouchers respectively. Roderick Camilleri won a 42” Samsung TV, while Stephanie Tanti and Joseph Seychell won a 37” and 32” Samsung TV respectively. In the seventh place, Frank Gollcher won an Apple iPad 2, Francesca Raniolo, in eighth place, walked home with an Apple iPhone 4, while Anthony Borg won an iPod Touch and Godfrey Grech won a Samsung digital camera.

The 10 competitors enjoyed the benefits of using their cards and furthermore won great prizes, especially Daniel, who is now the owner of this fantastic Ford Focus Coupé Cabriolet.
