Apple has announced that the new iPhone 4S smartphone will be available in 15 more countries on 11 November, with pre-orders starting on 4 November.

The 15 countries set to receive the iPhone 4S are Albania, Armenia, Bulgaria, El Salvador, Greece, Guatemala, Hong Kong, Malta, Montenegro, New Zealand, Panama, Poland, Portugal, Romania, and South Korea.

Apple has noted that pre-orders will not be available in Albania, El Salvador, Guatemala, Malta, Montenegro, and Panama.
