Id-Dar tal-Providenza has been granted ten infrared clinical thermometers (FTN) for use with residents by representatives of Actavis.

The thermometers allow precise contact-free measurement of body temperature giving quick results in only a few seconds. The same devise allows carers to measure liquid and room temperatures as well.
