6PM has launched a new Workforce Information System for NHS HR departments. The solution uses standard Microsoft products and the powerful CareSolutions Data Warehouse engine to extract data from the standard NHS HR systems, cleanse it on loading and then produce dashboards and reports using the standard Microsoft Reporting toolsets.

Commenting on the solution, Sally Campbell, Director of Cheshire HR Services, said “Having a professional Information Management System for HR purposes will not only save us a lot of time and effort, it will enable us to perform much more sophisticated analysis of HR data, something that we have been unable to achieve with the current facilities.”
