Hilton Malta was among the winners of the TUI Travel Gold Awards, 2011, when it received the Gold Medal for Best a la carte accommodation – having achieved higher results than any other competing hotel in the country.

TUI Travel operates in 180 countries and caters for some 30 million customers. After their trips, TUI Travel’s clients are requested to complete a Customer Satisfaction Questionnaire, which includes a detailed appraisal of their accommodation that other customers may find it helpful. Only hotels achieving the highest results are eligible for the prize and the overall winners are selected by a panel of judges that includes an external expert.
