Parents Of missing 17-year-old appeal for help

The parents of the Russian girl, 17-year-old Polina Rahman who was reported missing last Thursday, are appealing to the general public to come forward if they have any information on the whereabouts of their daughter. Polina came to Malta on 15 July and went missing two days later. She was last seen in St Julian’s on 17 July between 4 and 5am wearing a red dress, flat black shoes and carrying a small black bag. Polina is 1.68 metres tall, of medium build, with dark skin, brown eyes and long black hair.

The public is urged to pass on any information directly to her parents, Nadezhda and Mizanur Rahman on +(356) 9990 1008. A reward is being offered to whoever provides the information leading to her discovery. Meanwhile, the police issued a statement yesterday appealing for the help of the general public. Any information can be passed on to the nearest police station or by calling 119.
