Bathing is not being recommended in St Paul’s Bay in the vicinity of the wharf in front of Fekruna pumping station, and in Xlendi Bay in Gozo, because of a sewage overflow, the Environmental Health Directorate of the Superintendence of Public Health said.

Health warning signs indicating the exact zones involved have been fixed in the areas.
