Daniel’s shopping complex in Hamrun, a private investment costing some €35 million was officially inaugurated by Prime Minister Lawrence Gonzi.

The promoters of Daniel's High Street Shopping and Residential Complex believe that it can regenerate this part of Hamrun which in recent years suffered a sharp decline in population.

Built on the former site of the Hollywood cinema and adjoining properties, this complex has a floor area of 3,750 sq meters and a total built up area of 37,500 sq meters spread on 10 floors (including underground car park, landscaping, Piazetta and public areas).

The complex also boasts retail outlets, supermarket/discount store, entertainment space for adults and children, exclusive residential apartments, penthouses and parking facilities among others.
